First Advantage Bank is Coming to SecondMarket
First Advantage Bank is leaving Nasdaq to join SecondMarket, the reinvented stock market.
First Advantage Bank is going private; however, First Advantage intends to facilitate periodic liquidity opportunities through SecondMarket, so that existing shareholders can sell securities from time to time to accredited investors.
In addition, shareholders will receive updates about First Advantage and documents related to their investment. If you are a shareholder and would like to access bank updates or be notified (as a seller or potential purchaser) when the first liquidity window opens, please fill out the form on the right.
If you are interested in seeing investment opportunities in other community banks as well, sign up for SecondMarket.
Note: In order to see investment opportunities, you must be an accredited investor. (Learn more about what it means to be accredited)
